Ordering & Transaction Procedures

All customers must follow Evergreen Trade Group’s standardized ordering process:

  1. Buyer issues a Letter of Intent (LOI) or Purchase Order (PO).

  2. Evergreen Trade Group issues a signed and stamped sales contract.

  3. Buyer reviews, signs, and returns the contract.

  4. Evergreen Trade Group issues a Proforma Invoice (PI).

  5. Buyer confirms the PI by making the agreed prepayment.

  6. Receipt of the deposit is confirmed.

  7. Shipping schedules, lead times, and documentation are provided.

  8. Goods are packed, loaded, and shipped.

  9. Shipping documents are forwarded to the buyer by email or courier.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Method: Telegraphic Transfer (TT) / Bank Wire

  • Terms: 50% prepayment against Proforma Invoice and 50% balance payable upon draft Bill of Lading, shipping, and inspection
